FX Impact m3 tuning question

I try to tune my .25 cal but cant wrap my head around it, I look at YT and use 150bar 2nd reg, 175bar 1reg, slug probe and only got 830 fps with 37gr, I then was told to put on a heavy hammer weight, and one did follow the slug powerkit so today i put it on and on same settings i got to 930fps, I also put on a Weaker spring with a little ball inside before putting the valve knob back. After trying a adjusting a few things i now turnd the valve knob all the way out to the o-ring and love and behold i got to 1020fps. Does this mean i have to take the little ball out again since its obviusly way to little space for the valve Rod to open?
And one other thing, without i modderator is it supposed to my so loud? I cant shoot without ear protection as it is now xD

Yes, a 25 cal shooting a 37 grain slug at over 1000 fps is going to be loud. When I shot those tiny little .22 cal Hades out of my Maverick at over 1000 fps it sounded like a powder burner.........
Also, what length barrel and are you on the slug port? I wouldn't think you'd need the slug kit for 37 grain slugs.
I was shooting 34 grain pellets out of my 25 cal 700 mm barrel at around 925, no power kit. Second reg at 108, hammer micro at 4, valve at 9.7 mm's.

I have 700mm tension barrel, I have some 43.5gr nsa's thats why i bought the slug power kit, but I have a bunch of 37's i can use up for initial tuning. I use slug port
