I bought a good knock grip from eBay that had the palm shelf for $20 where name brand ones were well north of that price!

I think I may have found THE...grip. For me anyway.
I looked on the Ergo web site this morning. While I really like the "Flat Top Tactical" grip (#4025) I put on my Maverick, I'd still like an actual, "vertical" grip. It seems that they have said grip available. I just hope that it's the dimensionally, in the palm, the same as the one that I have, just actually vertical.
Will call Monday.

After trying a number of grips, I ended up designing and 3D printing a shorter, fatter grip to fit my hand. But of the ones that I had looked at, this contoured grip was very vertical and suited to larger hands (a little too large for me):

I went with the Ergo Zero Angle grip and never looked back. It really takes the pain out of the wrist in long bench sessions. ;<)

I have two coming, should be here Friday or Monday.
Their 15° version is much better than the factory grip, in all ways. My Emperor grip, which is vertical, showed my that I'd like the vertical grip better if Ergo has one in their Tactical Deluxe line. I looked at the Ergo web site, yes they do. Even though some sites don't show it on their pages, if you type in the part number into the search line, many do have them.

Got an idea.
New task. I now have two Anarchy, vertical grips that I'm not using. I'm gonna try to do a "custom fit" grip.
I've got some high end (expensive) epoxy that pretty much stays where you put it. I figure to put a nice thick coating of the epoxy on the right side and back of the grip, get my hand wet (this keeps the epoxy from sticking to the skin), grip the grip hard enough to form the epoxy into the shape of my palm.
I figure that I'll have to do some cleanup, add or subtract some material after it hardens to fit comfortably, but... Then I may or may not do anything with the left side. This epoxy is a dark green, so it would fit nicely into you "camo" guys relm, even though most wild animals don't see color..!

Let’s bring an old post back to life. Has anyone noticed the ergo zero degree grip to not fit well with the saber tactical arca rail? The upper finger relief doesn’t fit the finger properly without the trigger guard being in the way. Or is it just my fat fingers?

I like the FAB grip a lot, but my preferences may be different. It is kind of an in between versus the factory grip and a vertical grip. Here's a picture of my Maverick with one(before I finished my camo).

Thank you sir! The FAB grip has decent palm swell that tends to make you keep your hand up on the grip too. I just like the way it feels, and it is very versatile on how you can grip it.

I put these FAB grips on my Pulsar and Renegade.
I'm not sure that I really like them. While the upper half of the grip is nice, the lower part of the grip is too small. I'm gonna try to find something that will add some bulk to the lower half. I know that you can buy "rubbers" for sme grips. I'm gonna try a piece of bicycle inner tube first.

Yeah, I have average sized hands, so they work well for me. I imagine it would be a lot different for someone with larger hands. I can see where having a bit more bulk on the bottom could be beneficial too.
