I had a slow leak out of the weep hole. Ordered an oring kit and replaced two orings inside the barrel, and one outside. Replaced the oring on the piston. Put everything back together and it leaks A LOT out the weep hole now. It's like I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

What is this weep hole? Pictures? Replacing o rings on the barrel will do nothing to stop a leak. Those o rings are to seal when you fire only so you don't get blow backs. They aren't for sealing leaks.

I should have been more clear, I replaced the oring on the barrel of the regulator. The aluminum piece that is the outer part of the reg. Weep hole is the atmospheric hole that allows the regulator to breathe.

You missed the bottom o ring. The bottom of the reg seals against it. It is probably hard. Difficult to get out so be careful you don’t scratch where it goes. Just did mine and I made a pick out of 1/8 in brass. Look at utube.

There is a hidden oring in there, isnt there? Thats hard to see? I know on the m3 first reg theres a hidden tiny oring in there that most people dont know its there and its not even on the fx diagams that ive ever seen.

I'll look in there carefully and see if I can see it. I thought I could see a ring on the silver/aluminum barrel of the reg, that looked like an oring mark.

With the working parts of the reg out of its hole, looks deep in there with the trigger and what not removed of course.
Close to the bottom of that hole there´s an o-ring, and when an Impact leaks out of the bleeder hole i´d say 9 times out of 10 it´s that o-ring that´s gone bust.
As mentioned above be very careful not to scratch the living daylights out of the groove or hole in general as you pick that o-ring out. I myself use tools speced for the job i´ve done myself but there´s plastic o-ring tools to be had need be.

A really tough one. Mine was hardened and square so that it was very difficult to see even knowing it must be down there somewhere.
Don't skimp on the tools. The cheapest ones probably won't get You through the job because You may have to do all kinds of twisting and pulling. Very carefully indeed!
My advice is choose a method and see how it goes. Give it time and use any lighting possible. There may be benefit to take pictures and zooming them up. Works wonders sometimes. Don't just throw stuff at it in a hurry.

I think you mean the reg house. Not the barrel. The barrel is what house the liners. If air is leaking from the vent hole. There are 3 o rings you must check. The 1st is the small o ring inside the reg house and seal when you insert the piston. The 2nd o ring you need to check is the o ring on the piston. 3rd o ring is the one sit inside the hole where the reg housing sits in. When you take the reg put, shine a light inside, you will see that o ring. These 3 o rings I mentioned will cause air to leak from the vent hole.

I'm pretty sure there's no oring in there, but not positive. There certainly is no groove for it, unless there's a ring in there that I can't see. Anyway, for the first time ever, I gave up and sent the Impact to AOA for a reseal. I've got too much to do right now and I just couldn't see what it should have looked like. So, 4 weeks and it'll likely be fixed, and I can move on to other stuff.
My reg looks different than most, it has two tiny internal orings in the "house", one for the piston, and one for the adjustment screw. They looked hard to change, but turned out really easy. There is one on the piston, easily changed. There is on on the outside end of the "house" also easy to change. I did all that and it still leaks. There may be a flattened, hard oring in the action, but I couldn't tell and didn't want to go digging, not knowing for sure. The "house" does have a black mark/ring on it, that looks like it has been in contact with an oring, but for the life of me, I couldn't make it out. Anyway, it's their problem now.

I'm not pretty sure there is an o ring in there. I am positive there is one. That's what seals the reg from leaking. Seem like you replaced all the o rings on the reg except the one inside the action/under the trigger. That is causing the leak. It's a simple change. What I do is, I use a sewing needle and poke the o ring. Since it's not gonna be reuse I don't worry about damage the o ring. If you poke the o ring, you can lift it out from the groves. It's a 40 cent fix instead of shipping both ways, pay service fees and waiting a month.
