Tuning Impact MK2 peek valve wear

Wintertime at my place, what else to do, I toke my MK2 apart to bits and pieces to "re-lube" for the next season.
I really cannot remember when was it that I sourced to a friends shop to replace the black plastic to peek on the valve puppet. I am seeing my pictures taken early 2020, so that means two year full seasons this peek valve was working hard. That is roughly about 20K shots or more.
This is how it looks today...

I circled on the valve part the area where the peek started deforming, so that would need to replace.
But the cylindrical part beside the 2mm oring that shows wear, same inside the hole... I inspected with a high power jewellery loupe.

This hole is worn as well, not shiny anymore but visible that the two metal parts seize.

My lathe machinist friend retired in meantime and sold the company, so I would need to look for a new source.
But I still have one full PowerPlenum kit in a bag that I bought for spare parts if ever needed. This is an easy drop-in replace, but no peek puppet....
Q to my high volume shooter friends that were running OEM stock parts (not peek upgrades):

What life expectancy is normal for the black valve above in the picture?
