Impact Mk3

I had my first day out at the dairy with my new Impact Mk3 .25 cal. Sniper. I'm always a bit skeptical when I read the mfr. specs for shot count, which is listed at 160. I was shooting 25.39 grain JSB pellets at 920 FPS, and 125 pellets later I was not yet off the regulator. It shoulders well, is well balanced and it's just over 7 lbs. without a scope. I'm just using it with the shroud and it's plenty quiet enough to suit me. It has power to spare if you need more, and the 25 shot magazine is super convenient and easy to load. Other than a non-double load feature, this gun hit all the marks for me. I am impressed, good job FX.

Love my M3 compact .22 for pigeon work! What kind of scope do you have on it?

hawkeye69, glad to hear you are enjoying your M3. It is a fantastic piece of engineering. I love my M3 and have barrel kits from 500 to 700mm in .177 .22 .25 and .30, love the accuracy and tuneability of each. I have just retuned my .25 this evening to shoot NSA 29gr @950 and am seeing +100 shots, so no doubt being able to tune these to shoot in the mid 100's with the right projectile.

I've only shot pellets thus far, but it's still very impressive, and the shot count is outstanding.
