Tuning Impact testing after Ernest Rowe mods

Got out and did a ton of shooting with the Impact yesterday. It was a little cold so my velocity and shots per fill were not real great, but it is a huge improvement over what it was before Ernest installed all the latest power mods. And a beautiful day of shooting beats just about anything!

Whoa, what a beautiful day and that has got to be the most epic scenery I’ve ever seen at any air gun range. 

I’m glad you’re happy with the Impact’s results but I am more focused on your shooting range...Absolutely stunning. You are a very lucky man to live where you do.

We have talked about moving out of California for many years. There is a lot to do here, it’s also very beautiful and there are a lot of things we love but the state of affairs here just get worse every year. Unfortunately, we won’t move anytime soon because my mother, in laws and other family live here, are getting old and would be alone. 

I’ll live vicariously through the beautiful photos you share. I. liked the last video too. 😂

I am definitely very fortunate to get to call this home. Between our home and our remote cabin, I have some pretty awesome places to shoot airguns. At the cabin I can also shoot my hunting rifles. This is why Airgunning has turned into such an addiction for me. Luckily my wife likes to shoot as well, so its not quite as hard to sneak a new airgun into the house! 

8thman, no, this is the .30, but it is upgraded to be able to shoot the .35, but I have heard a pretty reliable rumor that an even larger caliber is going to be released before the end of 2021. Since we cant use airguns yet in Alaska for larger game the .30 is as large as I need for now. Now want on the other hand..... 😆
