Inexpensive tank holder kludged together for $11 at Home Depot

Not sure if this might be useful to others... I wandered around Home Depot yesterday at lunch and cobbled together this simple tank holder to stop it from rolling around and also make it easy to carry. Total cost is under $11, and it's a 2-item BOM:
(1) Everbilt heavy duty padded double arm hanger ($6.49), qty 1
(2) HDX flat bungie cord, 24" ($1.98 ea), qty 2
Pics attached. Works for me so just wanted to pass it along as possibly useful to others. Only thing I did was replace the foam pipe insulation that comes on the hanger with some spare rubber hose. The zip ties really aren't necessary as the rubber hose is very grippy.

Is that one of the $400 Chinese tank/valve scba units? If so, are the red handles regulators or just on/off valves? How do you like it and is is DOT certified?

@Hammer47- Yes. I paid $195 for the tank and $67 for s/h. The red knob on the tank is both the knob to open the valve and also houses the tank pressure gauge. The other red "knob" (the one that is slightly cut off in the picture) is just the line pressure gauge - it's not a regulator at all. There is a vent valve behind it and it actually came with a microbore hose that had a female QD on the end of it. I replaced that with a male QD and no hose and just carry a female-to-female extension hose with it. Date of mfr was 12/17. it's only CE cert, not DOT.

Oh, and so far I really like it. The valve and fill adapter are definitely as cheaply made as possible - but I've tested the fill adapter to 4900 psi without issue. I did have to tighten down on the pressure relief valve fitting with a wrench when I first got it - it hissed above 3500 psi at first. About an 1/8th turn with a wrench fixed that.

Since I own my compressor, I bought a new 3 liter tank from Aliexpress including a valve that shows the remaining tank pressure. The valve looks like an SCBA valve but it terminates in a DIN 300 connector. Aliexpress also sold the fill yoke and microbore hose. The only part that needed an upgrade was the inaccurate output pressure gauge. The tank, valve, and fill station cost less than $200 shipped brand new. The tank is protected by a rifle sock folded over twice as a tank cover. The wood cradle is made out of scrap at negligible cost. It cost $15 for a tank carrier online. Heavy duty zip ties are holding the carry strap in addition to the velcro on the strap loops. Total cost of everything was $220. The 3 liter tank provides 18 fills and weighs less than 8 lbs. It has a little over 2x the capacity of a guppy sized tank. Refills take 20 minutes once or twice a month but it is great to have a light small tank in the field.
