Infestation

I shoot them almost every weekend 37 of them in the last 14 months . My wife feeds the feral cats in our neighborhood and they love the cat food .
I have security cameras that show the food area and late at night they come up.
My wife encourges me to shoot them . she went outside to scare one away and he raised up at her so now she says they all have to go.

Coons love corn too.had a feeder for deer hanging in a tree. I was in my tree stand 7mm mag in hand and 3 coons came up and started feeding on the corn on the ground, another one climbed down the feeder rope, hung on the side and spun the feeder slinger to get more corn on the ground. Got the one on the feeder and 2 more, forth got away got him a week later.

So regular deer corn, right? I've read where they like sweet corn too. Was just thinking of getting a bag of deer corn to set a trap for them soon.

Get em! Those guys can be a pain! Had a few destroy my bird feeders and found there way into my chicken coop! (Weak spot in the chicken wire) Ate a couple of hens. I didn't have any night vision stuff but I wired in flood lights. Kept them on 24-7 for a couple of days and those rotten thieves got use to it. The next night I sat in a chair and picked them off as they came to the coop. hadnt had an issue with coons in a long time. Coop is fixed up. There's no way there getting in now!
