information on froggy's airguns

Being interested in converting a 2240 to HPA, I just checked out his Ebay store. Unfortunately I couldn't make any more sense of his descriptions than I could of some Chinese outfit apparently also offering HPA conversion parts for Crosmans.

Guess I'll have to wait until someone with enough command of English to describe their product(s) in more than gibberish starts offering Co2 to HPA parts for Crosmans. Oh well.

Hey boscoe, I have his LDC on my 2240. He was willing to do a thumbscrew for me instead of a set screw.

I did ask about his hpa conversion, quoted below. I went with the hipac since I wanted dual fuel.

His “safe-pac” hpa kit works very similar to a hipac in that you insert the hpa tube inside the stock co2 tube. Where they differ is that the safe-pac screws on to the rear half of the valve. The safe pac is held in place by the stock valve screw. The maker claims this is all you need to hold it in place. If you’re running anything higher than 1000 psi I would HIGHLY recommend installing two more screws on the valve to pin it. I believe the safe-pac already comes with a rear valve attached or you can use your own rear valve. Also, he does mention on his site that you can use bulk fill co2 in the safe pac or easily remove it in minutes to use co2 carts
