This is a brand new Karakuscher M4 Micro inline regulator.
I've been using the red one for almost a year now works perfectly, Black one was a backup but getting rid of it now, it's never been used brand new from Karakuscher. Does have a scuff mark or something on the logo you can see in the first pic.
