Goint to remove washers and see if it drops below 12.

Compress or remove a coil. But if you are happy with it where it is at, is that really worth it...
for Me shooting is my release really. It isn’t really a hobby. I spent many years shooting various systems for a living. Now I train people to be safer in what they do. I’d say I probably shoot half a tin of pellets a day so I want the rifle to shoot as close to my perceived idea of perfection as possible. The reality of it in most cases is most rifles shoot well from the get go and truly don’t require anything really. But the majority of us, have an urge to tinker trying to achieve our own version of what feels “right” to us. It is never enough to just shoot well. That being said, if you are happy with it as it is now, then it is exactly as it should be.
Wifes birthday and to many pitchers of margarita. Lol. You get my point though I’m sure.

LOL, happy Birthday to her! Yeah, I get exactly what you mean. This is a million fold better than stock, except for the trigger. I may have done more harm than good there. I think I’m happy with the power and shooting cycle. The trigger can only be improved from where it’s at. I may need a new trigger post, pretty sure I messed up the original. Great learning experience no matter how you slice it.

When I backed out the tension spring grub screw on my original equipment screw, the pull weight decreased to a perfect weight.

This picture is in Rowan LGV trigger’s install and adjustment PDF from their website. I believe that the tension grub screw adjustment should correlate to either the Rowan trigger or the stock trigger.

Update:

Trigger: Yeah, that helped quite a bit. Still need to fine tune, but need time.

Was shooting a bit today, throwing pellets all over the place, getting frustrated, going over everything, when I realized that I had not cleaned the barrel at all. Noteworthy, I picked up a box of the Crosman heavys in the Brown Box. 1, they are not very accurate out of this platform, 2, Pretty darn sure they are the primary culprit fro barrel fouling. Will experiment later to see for sure.

Results after barrel cleaning:

JSB 10.34 x 5 @ 30 Yards. That shot to the right was all me, but still not too bad. (Please ignore the shots on the white part of the paper as these are not part of this group)

H/N 8.64 x 5 @ 30 Yards
