That's how a lot of slug guns (powderburning shotguns designed for slugs) work. Not exactly rifle accuracy, but not bad either. That is interesting. I have a couple of
EXCELLENT GEVARET C 11 K they are smoothbore except for the last six inches of the barrel
I'm not sure yet. The guns about 275 years old.that is indeed very interesting...is it accurate?
oh I understand I did not realize how old it was lol.I'm not sure yet. The guns about 275 years old.
The tank needed to come out to get resealed, and in that process I removed the breach block from the barrel... mainly out of curiosity
So hopefully in a month or so I'll be able to find out how it shoots
I have never seen a modern shotgun slug barrel like that. I have an early 70's Remington slug barrel that is simply a cylinder bore, ie smoothbore with rifle sights added, and a later aftermarket barrel that is rifled just like a normal rifle barrel. That's how a lot of slug guns (powderburning shotguns designed for slugs) work. Not exactly rifle accuracy, but not bad either.
