According to the map on the Crosman site, you can hunt hogs with it in Ohio, though, I don't recall wild hogs being too common around Ohio. I could be mistaken. They certainly weren't common in Western PA.

ztirffritz, wild boar are in the southern part of the state. We do have small groups that pop up in my area (northwestern part of Ohio) but they normally get eradicated rather quickly.
