Introduction and first post.

Hello, my name is Mark and after a long absence from any air gun forums, James Kitchen and yellow, I decided to join AGN. As my handle says I live in the state of misery. I just bought a new Notos, scope and rings and am having problems getting a good picture in the scope. I have one inch high rings and they are still not high enough for a good sight through the scope. I have to push down so hard on the stock with my face that I cannot get any kind of accuracy out of it. Anyone have any suggestion on what i can do to solve this problem. Mark

Welcome to the forum! You could try to put a riser or rail adaptor on the scope rail of the Notos - just guessing since I don't have one. But welcome anyways!
Same thing . 5 minutes ago installed a very cheap Aliexpress red dot With a riser. That replaced red dot on rail .
This was a Akela bull pup and had to put face behind butt pad. Good now

On my brother’s notos he installed 1/2” risers and I believe 1” high mounts. The sight picture is very comfortable now.

Welcome to the best forum, air gun related or not, on the web!
Ask lots of good questions as there is a TON of knowledge here with mostly friendly folks answering. Just don't ask generic type questions like...."What's the best xxxx?" be much more specific and add everything that you can to the question. It'll make it easier to reply with better answers.
There are many scope rings with higher mounts available, but you'd have to buy something that you already have. Likely using the risers is your best option, money-wise.

welcome.. you are having the same problem I have except for different guns..
I have a airforce Condor 22 caliber.. and I just got a set of used factory open sights from airguns of Arizona.. problem is my cheek bone is too wide apparently because I have my cheek against the bottle right and I can't get enough to see them.. so I too need risers..
I'm trying to find 3/8 or 11 mm risers and I only can find at pyramid air the 0.65 tall.. I think it might be enough but I would really like to find 1" tall just to be sure..I don't really want to stack them if I don't have to.. it's going to take 4 just to get enough length for the front and rear sight..
the other option is the drop-down from talon tunes but I assume that will void the warranty..
any suggestions will be appreciated.
seems like most things are going to picayinny rail..

Thanks for the kind welcome gents.
One acre farmer where did you find the riser at.
Teep i went by your families insurance agency yesterday.
pyramid air has them.. Amazon too.. it's very common to see picayinny risers but I'm having a hard time finding 3/8 dovetail to dovetail..
