So no more support? Who do we contact now? I just received my new Maverick last week and have a issue with a defective picatinny rail. I have not heard back from them, wish I had known a week ago, the support and parts was a deciding factor…

He was bird-dogging… I recommend you read the complaint. Frederick has been asking for financials the entire time and even sent an independent audit team… Jon and Alberto allegedly stonewalled the investigation and refused requests for financials.

The complaint is asking the court to appoint a receiver to manage the company. That would help right the ship once the current “manager” is stripped of control. (Based on the documents in the case)

The Fed Ex stated the rifle/package was signed for by 'RBASS' at FX USA. Anyone know who RBASS is ?

Besides all of the financial shenanigans, I find it truly telling that this guy managed to get FX kicked out of the annual Vegas Shot Show. And then get FX a permanent banned the following year! ****Moderator edit: allegations removed. Refer to the Site Rules ****

I don't know anything about the guy, but I read the complaints. I searched his name and found out he has political aspirations and that tells me everything I need to know. Politics and morals rarely go hand in hand.

Anecdote time: At the beginning of the COVID lockdowns I bought a big pressure canner. The purchase was on-line, as we don't have much in the way of stores near where I live. Between putting in my purchase order and the item shipping, the company went into receivership. So the pressure canner I had purchased was auctioned-off to repay creditors. My credit card company was eventually able to get my money back, in negotiation with the creditors. But it took time.
