l just had something similar happen. We gave a cheque to help sponsor a hockey tournament for $250. Some one rewrote the cheque to themselves for $9500.+. Losing faith. Bank reimbursed the coin. I have no FX, yet hope matters are repaired. Crow

I'd seen photos of fx executive staff many times. Jonathan was usually there. Never knew who he was. But always wondered. Who the hell he was and why he was part of their staff. I guess this answers that. He always stood out, and not in a good way.

I've seen this first hand in the paintball industry, an American exclusive distribution agreement with a Canadian manufacturer. Literally getting a years worth of inventory without paying the vendor, and then successfully suing the vendor. When the vendor violated the agreement by changing distribution..

Maybe FX and Utah Airguns can resolve the situation and Utah will be a reliable and trustworthy importer and distributor. Give business to Utah Airguns and help out with the mess that FX USA has created. I hate to see good companies troubled like this.
