I just noticed that I have two chips on my FX 480cc bottle, the gun is not even a week old. I baby this gun so I never dropped it or anything like that. So my question is.. is it safe to keep on filling it?? Thanks Doug

Im not an expert but id say yes. Perhaps you could get it hydrotested somewhere? Perhaps even send it back to the company? This next suggestion is only an idea... Possibly dangerous but could you put it behind plywood and pump it up until the burst valve goes? Then replace burst valve and keep using it. I think your fine tho. I use a scott airpack with 20 of those chips in it.

What I have read is, your OK until the scrape is deep enough to penetrate the fiber wrap. And even at that point I would think how deep.
