In all seriousness i too tried to get in touch with them LONG before the covid-19 card was played, sent numerous emails, left countless voicemails, and like 99.9% of anyone else that has tried i Never got any response ...
Guys do yourself a solid and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, there is absolutely No excuse for this if you are Really a business..
I just don't know how a " business " can get away with such Terrible CS.. I know my doors would have been slammed shut if i treated my customers in this manner , alas i have been going strong since 1984 so i must be doing something right....
Sorry for the mini rant and piling on but it is high time these guys were put in their place !

If youvalreadyvleft numerous voice messages (that they PROBABLY traced your caller ID to YOU a disgruntled already paid for their item customer waiting long time) Call from a DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER and bull$hit VOICE MESSAGE another BIG DOLLAR ORDER (CHECK IN STOCK ITEM ONLY!!! OR SEE INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK WHAT THEY NOW MAKING. ACT like you're ready to spend AT LEAST $3000.00-$4000.00 combined on all in stock order. PROBABLY CALL YOU RIGHT BACK (Give them a fake name use a different phone number)

Looks like they have been active on FB & IG as little while ago as June 26. If it was me I’d probably flood the social media sites with my situation.

When I had a problem with them. I sent them private's messages on airgun forums and Facebook. I tried emails, leaving them google reviews all without answer. I even tried going thru BBB, JSAR wouldn't answer the BBB email. Anyway it sounds sneaky but I called them from another number and they answered the phone. I got my money back and am happy as a lark.

Well,they have seemed to always get back to me through email in generally 1 or 2 days with a response .The last email I received from them was yesterday actually.

If you are one of their big spending regulars (or likeable favorites) then of course you get called back in a timely manner. You could even help out the OP by making that much needed call and become an AGN HERO!

i, too am sorry for the JASAR experience. I’ve met everyone in that crew, face to face, and they were swell guys.
As as far as the tread being a facepalm, it’s pretty much guaranteed any tread becomes a facepalm when a certain someone pipes in. That someone either didn’t get picked to be on anyone’s team in elementary school, or just didn’t get the attention he craved for.

I had ordered a Raptor in October of 2019 with a 6 week expected delivery time. After that time passed, I asked for updates. When I was able to get through, it was usually like "check back next week". After a couple months of that, I cancelled the order in February of 2020, and had my credit card company claw back the deposit.
Is JSAR still open? Sort of. But as far as being a rifle manufacturer, not really - at least not as of now. That said - they have assembled some rifles and shipped them out, Some people are happy with theirs, but considering how few rifles have actually been shipped, I see too many problems/complaints about various aspects of the rifle. Manufactures will often do a short run production to get the product in the hands of some testers (guinea pigs?) prior to committing to volume production. I think that's where JSAR is still at with the Raptor.

How Frozen got into this thread I do not know, but maybe this is how I can get my daughters into airguns?
JSAR has been MIA for a bit now. I don’t know anything beyond what I see: a lot of complaints across the board, most especially the customer service team not picking up the phone.

I thought it was Jefferson State in California...my bad. Must be Jefferson State in Oregon? Someone told me it was based in Jefferson State CA so here I am bashing Commiefornia when I should be bashing Oregon. Still, same comment applies to Oregon an Washington too. All three are down the drain.
