I had an identical experience as to Pepperchops just three weeks ago. After months of deliberation and research, trying to decide whether to purchase an FX Impact, a Red Wolf, or a RAW, for various reasons I decided on the RAW. I set up an account on the website per instructions, and sent off a list of questions and specifications indicating I wanted to make a purchase as soon as my questions were sufficiently answered. After a few days with no response, i called the number on the website. A lady answered indicating she had the original message I had sent on line and that she would get back to me. After another three or four days with no follow-up, I was on the verge of ordering a Red Wolf from AOA when I decided I needed to seek out an expert before doing something stupid in haste. It was then I called Ken Hicks. Ken has been most helpful to date and convinced me that I won’t be disappointed with his service and/or a RAW LRT. So I ordered the rifle.
Note: when Ken called RAW to order my rifle for me, they told him I already had one ordered. They may make the world’s greatest rifle but their customer communication leaves a lot to be desired.
In short, my faith is in Ken Hicks at this point.
