Reality is hard eh? You obviously missed the point.
If I missed the point, then you should make an effort to get the point across clearer...but truthfully it's not that...

I have both. I own a notos and I put at least 1000 into making perform Almost as good as my dreamline... Almost. Don't get me wrong, I love that notos, It performs well. But, side by side whether you shoot my dreamline, my crown, my Huntsman Revere, when you pick the notos after... There is an OBVIOUS world of difference between them. Solid, gentle shooting, lubed butter smooth operation, perfect fitment, near silent blocks of beautiful machining and wood vs a functional, yet rough around the edges, rattle and click and much louder mass produced functional gun. Rolls Royce vs Toyota Corolla.Reality is hard eh? You obviously missed the point. Have you held the highend guns that you blast the price? They are night and day vs a benjamin or umarex. It is not hard to tell the difference im machining and materials used. You are obviously right aboit everything you say so continue on.
Exact opposite in relation to cars, look at percentage of value lost vs purchase price. If given for free I’m taking the M5, if buying with a concern for resale Corolla 10 out of 7 days a week. We're not trying to compare quality of a notos to a dreamline or the likes, we're comparing the devaluation of a notos to an impact...lol, world of difference.
Also, shouldn't the German produced M5 devalue less over 5-10 years than a Corolla SE? Reality is it probably also as a larger disparity in devaluation.

The word "should" doesn't belong. Nothing is fair. which is the larger risk? We're not trying to compare quality of a notos to a dreamline or the likes, we're comparing the devaluation of a notos to an impact...lol, world of difference.

I am taking the M5, but one inop. I will fix it and make money. Lol, there is a saying once you go first class, you cannot go back.I have both. There's nothing wrong at all with the Corolla.
But if you were given the choice, for free between a German produced M5 or a Corolla SE. Which one you grabbing?

Well, just to clarify for you. Saying my statement is not truthful is saying I am a liar. The notos is still new,and very cheap. A multi-year year old impact, is out of warranty, will need service and does not have recent additions that make a newer gun nicer. Less than half of retail is the norm. Most everythimg else, still sells half of retail, more times than not.
If not about fairness, what's your issue?Should does belong more than 'nothing' in 'nothing is fair'. The topic isn't about risk, its about devaluation of a particular airgun...namely the Impact.
I'm not wandering off into the world of tangents with you or others any further, its off basis and not productive to this thread.

Because it is the same old crap, nothimg new. If it is used from the dollar store, nobody is giving you $.75. You keep believing your story. Many of your statements are not objective truths bud, rather just subjective truths to you, or rather... opinion, but that is not the same as calling you a liar.
My guns are not worth 50% of their original value, much closer to 75%, even 8 years later..

This is 100% economics. Supply go up, demand go down, new product revision come in, old go out. I don't like what I call the "iPhone consumer centipede". But it's economics and thats how it goes. Current model sells high, new revision. Prices drop drastically.
you just stay in your little **** bubble and keep justifying the yours is good enough and everyone else should believe the same. No logic, just bs acting like you know more than someone else. And you keep believing yours Have a good day bud.
