Man this guy selflessly shows everyone in the sport how to do tips and tricks that would intimidate us otherwise . I am unsure In Any sport how many people you could say are a true ASSET to their sport , and are happy for people around them bringing their skill level up for no other reason than he's able to help them do it .
I've had the pleasure of dealing with him just on a personal level by emails and text and phone . And on a business level when I broke a gun that truly only he could have fixed . Every single time I'm impressed by the man . We all owe him a debt of gratitude ...Thanks Ernest

Ernest is the best!! Always takes care of me he's my go to guy!! He fitted my vulcan with a smooth twist. I can shoot 18 grainers at 955 960 half inch at 50 yards very stable 40 to 50 shots per fill. At 880 get 70 something like that. My barrel is like 2 or 3 inches longer than stock I had Ernest do this for extra speed and more shot count but absolutely love the work he's done! Without a doubt the best in the business!! Thanks Ernest!!

He is rare. In fact, I would say he is one of a kind. Have you ever seen a tuner of his caliber give away so much information......No, you haven't. He basically pulls the veil back and shares the intricacies of so many airguns. 

For those that choose to have Ernest work on their guns, as I have myself, he does very good work, his rates are very reasonable and he packs all really good for shipping.

Ernest has a passion and tenacity to excel in this hobby that is undeniable. On top of all this, he's super cool, honest and wants you to excel/enjoy this hobby as well.

And your point is?
Maybe as you assume "quite a few guns ended up being sent back", but I like to think of it the other way: more guns did not get sent back, cause their owners followed the excellent howto's in Ernests videos, so they fixed problems themselves iso having to send them back under warranty...

Ernest is a remarkable asset to the airgun hobby!
