Hi all, I have this air rifle that my dad bought when I was super young. I have fond memories of shooting this with him when I was a kid (and I definitely got into a little trouble shooting it when I wasn't supposed to). It's been sitting in a closet for the last 20 or 30 years though.
I've done some searching online, and this article makes me think it's a model 68. It looks identical except for mine has a magazine feed tube on top. So I fee confident... but info online is pretty sparse. I've contacted Gamo USA, and this is too old for them to have info. I'm trying to redirect the question to Spain, but no luck yet.
Anyhow, if anyone knows anything affirmative about this air rifle and the model series in particular, I'd love to hear it. Were these common in the USA in the 1970s? Are there a lot of them out there? Thanks.
