Is it common practice for Pyramyd Air to ship your order without the decency of providing a tracking number?
YepIs it common practice for Pyramyd Air to ship your order without the decency of providing a tracking number?
I've NEVER had an order that DID have a tracking number! If the order comes by UPS, the UPS app tells me and I get a text from UPS. Never from PA.I've never once had a PA order ship without a tracking number sent to my email. Pretty sure its mostly automated by their system like most companies. Maybe I'm just lucky though.
Edit: It may be worth checking your "spam" and "promotions" folders if you're using Gmail. I have a lot of emails get automatically put into my Promotions tab if the Google algorithm thinks they're ads
Thought they shipped FedEx but had to check my email and I was wrong. I do get two confirmations though. One from UPS and one from Pyramydair including tracking numbers. Something must be screwy with their systemI've NEVER had an order that DID have a tracking number! If the order comes by UPS, the UPS app tells me and I get a text from UPS. Never from PA.
Same here. I've made many an order over the years and almost never got a tracking number. They confirmed the order, but never sent a tracking number.

I don't think that was the point in the original post. I have UPS app and that takes care of it. The original post said no follow up email, which I agree with.but if you go to pyramyds site and click on your past orders,
id bet all of them show a tracking number.
I have an accountDumb question but worth asking just in case. Do you guys have an account setup or do you just do the "checkout as guest" option?
They do a great job of packaging your pellets IMO.The only thing good about PA is their return policy.
You're correct, they do. I don't buy many pellets from them any more. Since this Val guy took over they are pricing themselves out of the ball park on most items. Just my opinionThey do a great job of packaging your pellets IMO.
