Thats right all the way.. We have a couple that works for AirMedCare that lives here full time on the Tenn/Tombigbee water way where we have a second home to come and unwind when we where working but retired the first of August. We all got a membership with the Air Vac just in case we might need them, that service is not cheap and we are an hour to nearest hospital. Now we are here most of the time, to get away from interstate traffic and RR noise about a mile from our home in Clanton. We worked for a company called Summit Helicopters Inc. in Cloverdale, VA. that flies fire control out west, some work on the border and spraying power line, timberland and I don't know what else. They also have a large helicopter shop and parts. We managed a reforestation nursery for them for years after they bought the nursery. We grew about 27,000,000 Loblolly pine seedlings a year.Mainly what is grow here in the South. And we are a small nursery compared to some of the other one. Loved the work but it was time for me to go after 50 plus years in nursery work. Time to enjoy things we did not have that much time for before, the wife, kids, grandkids, shooting, fishing and a few more trips back out west.
