In Re- OP....RWS Basic 7.0 or JSB Light. Either work very well. Use the cheapest of the two you can find.

I have tried Hobby, Basics, Miesters, and R10 match.
Mine is an IZH 46 no M, so it like 7.0 gr.
And really it does not care what I put thru it.
My new little adventure lately has been hunting wasps with this pistol.
I have a pool and they love to come from around the neighborhood and get a drink.
I was out back and thought maybe I would try shooting them on the water.
Sure enough, The Izzie is so accurate I can pick them off from up to 15 yards if I am steady enough.

Look at Pyramid AIr, they have or recently had the AV 46m with red/black laminated grips A new IZH is going to be hard to find due to sanctions on products made in Russia.
