J C Higgins 292 flea market find

Found this nice J C Higgins model 292 (Crosman 150) nice pistol holding air for now. Picked it up for $100 I am happy first one I have picked up with the two different finishes.

That's a very clean one. And if it stays healthy for a while you got a great deal.

Although those early-gen 150 sights are very SIMPLE and only windage adjustable, every one I've owned has shot to point of aim well at about 10-25 yards (virtue of being mounted SO close to the bore). And the sight-picture is among the best iron-sight picture I've used at any price, virtue of the sharp and undercut front sight combined with the convex top of the rear sight.

GREAT SCORE! Congratulations.
