Joe Brancato - Ait Tanks for Sale / Topgun - Airguns

I recently encountered an issue with the value in one of my two 97 cu ft Great White Tanks. I called and Joe Brancato personally answered the phone.

He immediately offered "to do whatever I wanted" to rectify the issue, ultimately agreeing to send me a complete new valve & gauge assembly as an exchange for the one I was having the issue with. It arrived from CA to IN shipped priority two day mail in perfect condition. I removed the old valve and installed the new one and the problem appears to be totally solved.

I can't thank Joe enough for the proactive response and service and won't hesitate for a single second to do business with Joe and his team again in the future.

Great to hear Joe will help out when problems arise. Too many horror stories I read about not willing to help out unless you bought from him. If that's true, that arrogant stance would be the kiss of death or me.
