Does anyone have a cut-away drawing of these valves? I'm curious how they work. I'm not machinist enough to make one. So far I had one that leaked. It was reworked and returned to me. lt still leaks out of the transfer port.

Had same problem with my early version I finally gave up on it if it is leaking out the transfer port the poppet isn't sealing against the seat

Mine didn't leak but it had 100 fps jump on the first shot and then shot fairly consistently..... That was completely useless to me. I am not saying it's a bad product but beyond my experience level to mess with it and make it work.

Don Cothran does know how to make a valve. I was getting around 42fpe at 239fps from my arrowgun with a highly modded valve. Then I added his valve did some porting and raised the psi a bit and ended up at 137fpe at 432fps with the same arrow. The better part of this increase was due to his valve flowing so much more air than mine.
