Just a few notes, I had a bad valve so, got a new improved one then I followed the video and it's pretty good, the pusher/pipe Matthew used was Schedule 40 1" PVC, it's a perfect fit, about 18" long works well. I used a bit of my beloved Mobile 1 on the outside, just for lubrication. I also lubed every darn bolt, as well as anything that even looked as it if might move, straighten the trigger right up. Getting the new valve in was, fun. It wasn't going in gracefully so, I did applied force, i.e. a BFH Big F'n Hammer, a large dead blow hammer...look it up. A piece of of wood under the pentium, a piece on top of the valve and a few taps and off and off and running. Again I lubed EVERYTHING, reassembly went well, except for moment of panic, note to self, self GET A LIGHT to see the one screw hole you missed. Got it back together, snugged up the tension the barrel a touch, net result is....an improvement of my SD from 6, bad valve to 1 SD with AEA 30.9 slugs. Still need to do a touch more tuning, the slugs want to go faster than 960, up around 1020 or so.
