Thanks for the range report. I couldn't get the NSA 65 to group at anything under 950 in my b-rod. What do you think of the trigger have you adjusted it at all ?

Once I get real gauges on the rifle I will tweak the reg and see if i can get them running in the 900's. I would like to get the 58 grains running at 950-1000 fps. The trigger was ok, just ok. Nothing like my FX impact but not horrible.

I shoot the 65 gr NSA 257's in my regulated condor. Under a 1 inch at 100 yrs but I'm shooting them at 965 fps. Some slugs like more speed.
The 25 raptor I have handle is the same. Nothing is deburred. All the corners on the rails are really sharp. Even the mag is straight out of the machine. They should tumble the parts at least to knock the sharp corners off

Once I get proper gauges; I am going to make some adjustments. Right now its is mostly guessing. Most of my slugs like to run a lot faster. My AirForce .257 runs 90 grain slugs at 1050 and it groups them inside an inch at 100y. "They should tuble the parts at least to knock off the sharp corners off". They should have done a lot more to this rifle for this kind of money LOL.

they are 1/8" NPT and I do apologize for jumpin your thread, didn't mean to nor nothin by it

I put one of these on my reg side. Bought two them but will have to pull the barrel to be about to install the second one for the bottle side.

Thanks for the link. I went with the Joe B gauges and can finally read what my actual bottle and reg pressures are sitting at.

I wanted to give you guys a heads up on those Joe B gauges from eBay, junk. I bought a 5 pack of those gauges from eBay, they ALL are defective reading from 300 to 500 psi high. I think they are BLEMS that Joe rejected, not worth the money.

As a former Raptor owner, my advice is don't leave it a sandy area or the cats might bury it. Good luck with getting any service. Mine broke twice and I ended up selling it to a guy who doesn't mind fixing things that break a lot.

I think you might need a reality check. If you actually found a breech it would be like finding a needle in a haystack. I wish you luck, but you might want to accept the fact that the Raptor is a bust. Poor performance, substandard manufacturing, the world's worst customer service, and overpriced. You may want to consider just moving on like the rest of us have and cut your losses.
