JSAR Raptor O-Ring List

I have no idea why this list is such a guarded secret, but I'm putting up this thread for anyone to contribute their knowledge of the o-ring sizes / specifications for the JSAR Raptors. It would appear that they're using mostly (if not all) AS568 sizes.

If you know what one or more of these o-rings are, feel free to share and I will update this first post with the details! 


All Calibers

•  Transfer Port (above valve): #011
• 
  Drop block (valve body): #118 B70
  
• 
  Hammer buffer: #118 B90
  
• 
  Current poppet seat: 11 x 1.5mm B70 (10mm also works )
  

30 cal Specific:

• Breech: #010

 

[Motorhead]

Drop block ... valve body 118 buna 70 duro

Hammer buffer 118 buna 90 duro

Current poppet seat 1.5mm x 11mm buna 70 duro ( Tho 10mm also works )

Yeah this info is critical! I did finally hear back from Jacob at JSAR, he said he would work on getting me the information. Once I hear back from him, I will update this thread with the details

Awesome news! Thank you again! Better that only one person contacts Jacob as he is so busy! Please get the breech o’ring sizes for all calibers! Much appreciated sir!

I still haven't heard back from Jacob, but I did confirm today that my .30cal barrel's breech o-ring is a #010. It takes a little effort to get it to seat, but it's not so bad that I was tempted to cut it wider on my lathe.

I’ve emailed JSAR several times now for about 2 years and haven’t been able to get magazines and now I need o-rings
