JTS JTS AIRACUDA STANDARD .22 Owners!

I like the free floating barrel! Glad to see the receiver up to snuff. The scary part gets to IF you need a moderator for around house, I ended up trying adapters and moderators that cost as much as my $230 Gauntlet. I ended up using 3D cones with the shroud. Lol, I like your way much better!
I shoot mine in the neighborhood. And have even shot it inside out the window. With the barrell inside and the barrell outside on several occasions. I don't feel mine needs a moderator. I should do a db check on it

I was referring to my .25 Gauntlet, the Standard is just fine out the box. i should have been clearer. That .25 is just plain Loud out the box, next to house, but no problem in the woods.

Anyone shooting slugs out of their .22 airacuda standard. The owners manual says not to. But I'm wanting to do the drop in regulator and trying to tighten my groups.
Also trying to decide if I want to wait for the jts stealthhawk or if I want a barra 250z.
I tried some NSA 21 gr .217's and they would group 3, and then the next were fliers. the 18" barrel maybe? Maybe try .217.5's? I will try them in the Ranger with the 24" barrel soon.

Pretty sure the entirety of the JTS Stealthawk line up is dead in the water with the FX patient on over barrel air tanks/plenum issues.
The Airicuda STANDARD does NOT come with a regulator .... ONLY the Max does

Well that did not stop Angie's Airacuda Standard 22 Grip review. I posted this video way back in thread, shown are 4 different slugs and groupings, only Ten beers posted back with his findings. Me be happy with the 18gr pellets for max of 50 to 75 yard down range energy at given cost over slugs, but will try slugs when time and honey do projects finished.
