ASC Precision Rimfire Match Report

Our June Precision Rimfire match was a great way to spend Father’s Day. We had 10 shooters in 2 squads, with 3 first time shooters and one air rifle shooter. I almost timed my arrival perfectly, but Bryan only had 80% of the course ready when I got there. As always, everyone pitched in to help put the targets away. Bryan got his first win, Stan came in second and Mark finally knocked Jim M off of the podium for third. Sorry, no photos this time.
The COF was basically the NRL22 June course with a bonus stage consisting of a 100 yard target shot off of a barrel, half weak side.
Next match will be July 21st at range C, sight in will be open at 9, shooters meeting will start at 10. Match fee is $10, $15 for guests. Round count will be under 100 rounds, 22lr or air rifles only, bolt action or semi-auto with detachable magazines.
Note to maintain air rifle street cred: Jeff shot his RAW TM1000X in .22 with slugs (probably 32 gr Altaros).
