Does a Gen 2 Marauder barrel and action fit into a Gen 1 Marauder stock without any modifications ? I personally like the Gen 1 stock better. JMHO

Barrels are interchangeable, but a complete gen 2 action will not fit a gen 1 stock. Triggers are in different locations from gen 1 to generate 2.

How much of a job would it be to make it fit ?

You would have to inlet the stock to fit a gen 2 action which can be done rather easy with the right tools. I never actually measured the differences in gen1 to gen2, so I am unsure how much I letting would need done?
