Just got a new HW 50K .177

Love the set up, silencer / moderator , can mount a sling & I like the new stock style. The Stock is ambi- which nice since I’m a lefty. And this gun is light , was just putting a scope on my R1 before I opened ip the box and handled , feels like half the weight lol.
Going to get the scope mounted / & clean the barrel- & check stock screws - then tomorrow time to sight it in & find its favorite pellet.

That looks great. I couldn't decide on the HW50 or the HW30 version, so I got the HW30 version, but I think I will end up getting the HW50 version by the end of the summer.

Is it like the saying "a neat desk is a sign of a dull mind". Or somthing like that.,?

More to you stay so busy on projects you aint got time to clean it up . maybe after avalanche/ lost small part once a year spring clean up day ...lol. ( Hour later its right back a cluttered mess)

I would be interested in how quiet the HW50S is with the mod. I haven't had an HW30 in over 10 years, so I don't remember what they were like without one, but this one, after I installed the Vortek kit is really quiet, especially for a springer.

Very interesting to see the 'Hunter' (K model) with a standard Weihrauch stock; I thought all the 'Hunters' came with the stock as pictured in @djna's post. Either way that's a great setup; I'd like to see how the top of the breech area (the holes) have been treated on those K models; I'd also like to see a close-up pic of the moderator, especially the mounting area.

I personally love the new Weirauch 'cutout' stocks; the checkering on those stocks is remarkable, laser-cut iirc.

I also noticed that the 30's don't have a sling adapter on the barrel, wonder why?

Only took few shots with it - I still need to finish sighting it in- will let you know for sure, but it didn’t initially seem to have much if any droop.

Did notice the few shots I took , tell it has little buzz, hopefully smooths out some after a bit.

I'm about a tin an a half in the 3weeks i'v owned mine it's pretty quiet now
