I recently purchased a V3/.22 with the 500 mm barrel. I feel the same way about mine. The ONLY thing I dislike is the annoying "twang" it has. Wasn't expecting that on the shorter barrel version. Other than that, yeah, Perfect.

Same here (short barrel in .22), though I don't mind the mechanical sounds. It happens, no big deal !

Mines (30 and. 177) do twang.... The 177 not so loud.

Should be the design of the hammer.
