I'm always ready for anythingGood to hear from you. Ready for winter?
Hey buddy…good to see your still kicking!…keep up the good fight. Johnno water yet still, plumber booked, no woman now, depressed a bit...
But I got lead and slingers!
Life is just throwing me curveball after curveball
Got a deer hunting trip with my dad the first week of next year planned though. House progress is slow but baby steps are still forward progress.
This past year...has straight kicked me in the face...but I'm still grinning a bit.
Why? Bc I still won't give up
love yall truly for the prayers;
I ask not for easier ways, but broader shoulders

Got power! I've seen the camps...I've lived on the streets beforewell considering what the pioneers had when they moved to Kansas.. seems like you at least have some insulation and I thought I saw light.. so possibly you have power now
your doing good.. just keep at it.. sorry to hear about your lady but well hopefully she someday realizes what you are doing.. actually making your way in life..
I don't want to be mean or rude but well when I go to Grant's Pass and see the homeless camp.. poor folks are not allowed running water, or heat and the city forces them to move every other week across town to the other gravel lot.. and well after a lawsuit they finally allowed 4 plastic outhouse instead of just one.. for close to 100 people
well I'd have to say that you have it pretty good.. then there are people like me,on disability and well at least I have a warm house, bed and food.. so even if I don't have much money it's pretty good..
so I guess what I'm saying is that maybe your lady needs to see homeless camp.. tents out in the cold and be thankful for what you are doing..
I think we all need to keep that in perspective..I once heard someone say that because of the economy, the middle class are actually one month away from being homeless I don't know how true it is but if you can't pay the rent might be true..
keep your chin up toasty.. it's great to hear from you..
my family on my Mom's side is from Topeka Kansas..
so I've been there summer and winter it's brutal cold..
Mark
Thank you! I dare to never give up!You are one tough son of a gun, Toasty. Keep up the survivor attitude combined with your positive vibes.
Best of luck to you!
I'm baby stepping it but still movingGood to hear from you @iAMzehTOASTY1 - little steps are still steps! Keep on truckin'!
Thanks!I got a cat that visits me almost everyday. Big black Tom, call him buddyI've been watching this thread, and well, keep it up. You seem to be getting your home in order, even if slowly. You're head seems to be in the right place to move forward, making your life better. If you get too lonely, a pet, even if it's a gold fish, can help. Good job and keep it up.
Welcome! and thank you lots!Hey man I’m new here and don’t know you but I know that we all go through some stuff sometimes and I’ve been in your shoes feeling the same way and you know what at the end of the day we only get one life and need to make the best of it all the while also trying to always be a good person and handle all the obstacles that come our way and sometimes it can feel overwhelming but just take it one day at a time and always try to make some time for yourself because we all need that in life. We’re humans we’re not perfect. Prayers my friends hope things get better
Good to see you on AGN . been thinking of you , good to see progress .Got power! I've seen the camps...I've lived on the streets before
That's why I am so grateful and happy for what I have.
I keep whatever room I am in warm. Otherwise it's about 40 in the house this past week.
Thank you! I dare to never give up!
I don't know what I'd do without my toy mini blue heeler.. she is in my picture at the top of my page.. I'm sure she cares about me more than most people.. although she doesn't like our hobby..I've been watching this thread, and well, keep it up.
