This is the Atomic XR in 22. I like the HW44 better, but shot count on Atomic is at least 40 shots compared to 10-12 shots on HW44 (on reg). HW44 is 177. As long as I use the air stripper, the Atomic seems to be just as accurate and maybe better consistency. I haven't found any wadcutters that do well in the Atomic, so I only shoot sorted JSB 15.89. The HW44 is pretty forgiving and shoots most pellets very well. The trigger on the HW44 is about 7 ounces and verrrry nice. The Atomic is a pound and a half and won't adjust any lower so I tendvto pull the gun similar to powder burner pistols. Hope all this helps. I post pics from both guns as they both shoot very well for me.
