Kaleite compressor issues

Hello , does somebody have such a compressor ( see picture) . It's a Kaleite , china made , and untill now it worked very well . Now it's diificult to reach more than 250 bars when I fill a gun or a bottle . When I plug the line, it reaches 300 bars after a few minutes . I suspect a problem with the check valve , but I don't know how to fix it. If anybody has an idea ....he's welcome . Thanks.

If it pressure builds up with the dead head plugged in then it isn't the check valve. Try replacing the o rings in the quick disconnects. Cheap and easy so I would try that first. Also check all the air line connections if you have not already.

If you go on Youtube, search Carette Compressor. There are rebuild videos online. It's most likely a buildup of gunk in the upper cylinder check valve assembly. Take it apart and clean the components and it will build pressure again as it did previously.
