I am the owner of various PCP: 3 kalibrguns, 1 FX, 1 Marauder.
I have chosen the KALIBRGUN brand for ease of maintenance and the regularity of shots over 70 meters.
I wanted to participate in this forum to underline the responsibility and unfailing professionalism of this manufacturer.
I received my new CRICKET II in caliber 25 on August 4, 2020.
After testing, I had the unpleasant surprise to realize that the cocking of this rifle is as difficult as on my old Cricket 6.35.
I sent an email directly to the manufacturer to indicate my disappointment.
The answer, as usual, arrived during the same day: “The next batch will have a new strike spring, which will make loading easier. It will be available this month and we will send it to you for free ”.
I wanted to inform any PCP KALIBRGUN rifle owner in France that I was worried about the lack of resellers WITH maintenance in France. However, given the technical responses and the responsiveness of the manufacturer, I am comforted in my choice for this brand.
Of course, it is obvious that for any supply of the brand, we must imperatively go through a reseller and in this case, depending on the reseller's relevance, we can choose it in a neighboring country.
