Keeping an eye out for squirrels

Well, this squirrel is anyways.

She was hanging at the feeder this morning, and my snake needs to eat, so what ya gunna do right?

I grabbed the 25 carbine and popped put of the side door of my garage, and gave her a body shot with a polymag. Hit front left leg, and she did a flip and then ran up the tree. I seen her curl up and look like she would fall, then she continued up and hid in a nook of a branch.

Crap, I didn't wanna work hard this morning! Get my boots and jacket, walk out into the rain and luckily she was up out of the crotch of the tree and I could get a good shot. She was still alive, but I could see the blood running down the tree. Strong girl.

I sent her another early Christmas gift, this time right behind the left eye and heard the pellet smack the tree branch after the pass thru.

Those polymags sure do increase head pressure! Deformed her skull from the expansion of the pellet.

Both shots, 15 yard At 790 fps muzzle.

Mr. 🐍 will be happy!

Question is, how big is the snake?
About 6.5 foot long. He's a Dumeril's boa. Been eating squirrels since the plandemic when they jacked his feeder rats to 20 bucks each simply because they could. They're rats FFS, they breed like... well... rats! No supply issues there!
