Yeah he went my knife maker, at least he did over on GTA. He hasn't been on there for awhile either.hahahaha...another knifemaker named mike...hope he comes back soon

Yes, Mike took a hiatus from air gunning about 18 months or so ago. While I've not purposefully followed up on if or not he has poked his head into the AG forums or not ? Mike had stated he might be done with his AG adventures

A nice Japanese sword maybe, for sure something i would get / comission as one of the first things if i won the lottery.
That is first of all i should get a permission to own that CUZ you would need that to own a sword in Denmark these days.
There are some kick ass knife makers out there, but yeah i would not pay even a few K for a knife and for damn sure not 1K for a pocket knife.
As a old metal fabbing guy, i have bashed a little on steel, my machinist apprenticeship place ( Danish railroads ) actually had blacksmiths back in the 80ties, so as i was free to roam as i had my poo together, well i spent some time with the blacksmiths too.
I would rather bash on red hot steel than watch 1-2-3 CNC machines do their things, even if i have to admit a 5 axis machine doing its thing can almost get me aroused, but not something i would work on, but make stuff for myself,,,, sure.

Me Too!!!…I think we’re in the minority…Dave rarely has requests for them…I remember a Beautiful Damascus wharncliffe he built…maybe I can see if he’ll post a picture of it. Thanks for saying..John
