I ordered a part from K&L a month ago. They charged my card instantly, but it still hasn’t shipped. I started contacting them about two weeks ago to make sure my order didn’t fall off the radar. Still no replies to three emails and a couple voicemails. Has anyone else received anything from them recently? I’m worried they went out of business. I thought about going through my bank for a charge back, but I don’t want to do that if they are going to send my order eventually.

Well, I ordered a second K&L gravity rail that was in stock at Cape Fear Airguns. It only took a few days to arrive. Everyone is right about the quality… definitely top notch! Now I can finally put the new M4 slug shooter on the tripod. When the one from K&L arrives I’ll put it on my old MK1 pellet shooter.

My order still has two tracking numbers, and as of today, UPS and USPS are both still waiting for the package from K&L, lol!

Making a label is much different than actually using a label to ship something… the illusion of progress!

To close the loop, my gravity rail did finally arrive. So what I learned from this is: K&L is still in business, and it appears they will eventually deliver on your order… but expect a very long wait with zero communications. Also expect a charge on your card months before the order ships.

The rails I ordered were great quality! I’m very happy with the functionality and performance… I can now balance the guns perfectly on the tripod. The only minor complaint I have is the two rails have slightly different dimensions… so I have to adjust my ball head clamp every time I want to switch guns on the tripod.

At this point I plan to avoid making any future purchases directly from their website.
