What are the best slugs to use in this gun in regards to accuracy and what is the maximum length slug that would fit in the magazine? What would be the best slug in regards to FPE? I would presume would be towards the heavier end. Is there a preferred slug diameter?

Hopefully testing a few slugs in my new krait x .22 later today, initial testing with Zan 28gr .217 looked promising, 130bar reg and shooting those at 960fps, will be testing a few h&n hp slugs today in 25 & 27 gr, I believe 30gr is the max you can fit in the mags so single shot loader would be needed for anything heavier

There a feller on ebay will 3d print a mag what will take up to a 30.5 zan iv been using 28grn 217 and 25 grn 218 both work well reg on 135 bar

is that the Darc mags? Unless he’s modified them very recently they do not work with the 30gr slugs as I bought x3 of them to try, they do work with the 28’s perfectly though but I found out today my krait prefers the h&n 30gr so back to standard mags for me

I'm running my Krait X at 980fps, reg at 160, using the H&N HP2's 30gr .217.
These are very good, my longest shot, see the attached video, was 148y.
I use the single shot loader, I find it gives better accuracy, you can also fit the H&N HP2's 34gr in the single shot loader but the max fps I've got them to is 930. It's a great gun & very consistent, but it does lack a bit of power for those heavier slugs.
