Hello my 2 month old Np03 has developed an air leak at the fill hole I can hear air coming out the whole is this a gasket print issue or some sort of check valve how do I repair or get parts any help would be appreciated.

Try constantly hitting it hard a lot of times with a rubber mallet or the palm of your hand to dislodge any dust or debris stuck in the check valve.

If you do not want to return it for warranty repair, and Odoyle's trick should not do it, drain of air until none left. Unscrew the cylinder end cap and clean the check valve thoroughly with a burst of air or a rag. Apply silicon grease.

Drained thw gun it wouldn't refill at all . I cocked the hammer then it charged and is no longer leaking what causes that ?

Seriously though, cocking the gun seals the valve while not under some air pressure in many guns (but not all thats when you have to intentionally double load 2 pellets to block the exiting Air flow to assist in sealing the valve to get them zero pressure empty guns to fill via hand pump).
