lane air bottle regulator filling issue

i have fitted a lane airbottle regulator,can somebody explain the filling process with any advice as im not getting the procedure correct

Maybe just a bit more information would help.
It will simply not take air? Bleeds off when you fill? Other? Specifically which reg/bottle.
A bit more information and certainly someone here can help.

Have you read the Lane instructions?
I'm guessing, stem seal C is displaced, it just needs pushing back into place.
That's what the piece of plastic pipe in the kit is for.
