Lcs sk 19 valve assembly

I guess I'm being sensitive. I figured that if I said those videos didnt go far enough in my original post I wouldnt get th " duh google it". Theres nothing available showing how the valve comes apart. I looked at some huben videos and have an idea now but would love a diagram or a video of someone taking it apart. I apologize for my overly sensitive reaction. Sorry felix. Frustrated with this little project. I guess I'll have to take pictures while I'm taking it apart to make sure I get it back together right.

Mike, where did you source your seals? I only ask as I was doing a search on a Huben valve disassembly for you and found one that was no talk but just music playing, and no really close up shots. But at the rear of the action it looked like he used a punch to pull out two seals that were not o ring, but what appeared as plastic type seals.

If the LCS is anything like that, I saw nothing of that sort in the original o ring kit that accompanied my LCS 30 cal.

This is the oring kit. I watched the huben video too. That's why I'm looking for first hand info. I need to know if I need anything special in tools or seals. I'm hoping I can open it up and see the issue. The gun was fine last night when I put it away but empty this morning. Tried to fill it but got a hiss from somewhere in the valve/power adjuster area. The 3 orings aka shows to replace are fine. I tested with soapy water. I asked lcs for a schematic but they dont have one available to the public yet.

Actually, I quick-read your post and since I have an SK 19 on the way and just viewed the video last night, I was motivated to share. Glad we are good, I may be asking you for help in the future :)

I also ordered a couple of these seal kits as mine will lose its pressure over a couple days. . They come from the same city as LCS arms, Greensboro, NC.
LCS is most difficult to correspond with. I believe this is a shell company to avoid speaking with LCS owners. I've emailed them several times with little response. Pretty disappointed with their customer service, maybe the worst I've experienced.

I'm having fair luck corresponding with lcs so far. It takes about 3 days for a reply. I was told they have parts available but they dont have a schematic for the public yet. Maybe airgunbase will take over the parts department and make it easier to get parts. If lcs wants to stay in business they will have to have parts available. Western air guns will have aoa handling they parts and service and thatll put western air guns ahead. These hammerless airguns are amazing to me. The power and shot count they get is amazing. Such a simple powerplant. I think my next gun will be a huben since they have schematic and parts available all ready. I'm hoping the lcs is a simple fix once I get into it.

Watched the master class video for the 10th time. I think I have been making this harder then needed to. The power adjuster is something he hasnt touched and I think that's where my leak lives. I guess I'll just take it out and see what's in there when I get my orings. Besides that 1 spot that gets missed in the video it's a great guide. I hope to see more guns with the hammerless design in the future.

Just a fyi, airgun base is going to start carrying parts for the lcs sk19. In two weeks they will have more items and even more in January. I'm not affiliated in any way I just bought some o rings and asked some questions.
I think this is great news for sk19 owners. If this post breaks rules im sorry and it should be removed. Just trying to share information. https://airgunbase.com/

Hey, Mike if you want to utilize the saber tactical rear monopod(either field version or benchrest model) look up Orion the iguana hunter. I had him make a custom insert to go in between the butt pad and the rear of the gun so the saber tactical rear monopod adapter could be utilized-

I need to replace my regulator on one of mine. Maybe I'll make a complete video at that time. I've had every piece of this rifle out including valves and regulator parts. It's a very simple gun to work on with many ways for quick fixes I did one video for a quick firing valve replacement (air leaking out barrel) and one for fixing regulator creep without valve replacement. Sucks that parts and support are almost non-existent for these but I'll help anyway I can.

Airgun base has many parts to fix these guns. I spoke about them in previous messages in this post. They have regulators and lots of other parts available and if they don't have so.ething you need they may be able to get you what you need.
