Lead and its impact on raptors

Haven’t found or observed any bird or animal exhibiting lead exposure? And how would this environmental impact be measured to the average human? I know just believe what we are instructed to believe! I’m not a good follower of the world order!😂
Recently testing has shown where forever chemicals and commercial drugs remain in the water supply. This same is shown where rain washes lead based paint off from houses and it goes into be ground and water supply for insects, animals and on up the food chain consume it and each other.

If you believe what you are instructed to believe then you have received an indoctrination, not an education.

If one believes that lead is that dangerous, they should be looking for a suitable replacement. If someone could offer a replacement for lead pellets that would offer a similar level of performance while being safer and reasonably priced, I don't think anyone would be opposed to it. Throughout this thread, I haven't seen a viable alternative mentioned. If the best anyone can come up with is a laughable suggestion to use plastic, I think we'll be sticking with lead projectiles for the foreseeable future.

So end with a gaslighting?

What does lead paint from houses have to do with the OP?

That is definitely not gaslighting. It was a educational response to that individual after his response to one of my posts. If he or you do not like my response then maybe look to your initial actions. Satisfied with the truth?

As to the OP and the post about lead poisoning and how my response relates... the bigger issue of lead poisoning in animals and birds is not from a random bullet or pellet being consumed. (Just think for a moment on how many game animals must be shot and laid to waist to be poisoning all those raptors with high lead content in their system; it is virtually impossible because there ratio is smaller than a percent of a percent.) Lead and chemical poisoning is from industry and houses and that produce and use and chemicals that get into the environment. It starts with the smallest bugs and critters on the food chain and works it's way up the food chain staying in the next one's organs/system. Raptors are an apex predator and the food chain and so it stops there. And they in turn carry the most effects of industry within their system.

I should not have waisted my past ten minutes justifying my response. But there you have it. Good day Firewalker.

Here we go again, lay people trying to be scientists. Let us see, lead is heavy metal right, "Metallica" is heavy metal,if you don't like them you do not have to listen to them;my point is not easy to figure out,yet both are about volume. "Ducks Unlimited" is a great group, listen to them and learn.
