Let us hope the chemicals in the wipes, is not nore harmfull than the issue with lead.

Ah the law of unintended consequences! Yes 99% of us forget that one most of the time. It always seems poetic to me when someone who knows it all gets bit in the ass by the law of intended consequences.

Lava soap and a good scrub brush eliminates the lead problem on your hands. They even suggest using cold water.

Dad, if I don't caution him, instinctively picks up guns with his finger on the trigger because that's how he grew up. Military training, etc. 

....

This just grated on me and I finally could not refrain from comment... Picking up a firearm with your finger on the trigger was never encouraged in any military training or in any military practice in the United States. It is just plain bad gun handling. Has nothing and I mean nothing to do with military weapons training.
