I recently purchased a new Gauntlet 30 from Pyramyd Air with a leaking fill port. When I contacted Umarex for replacement of the defective fill port they insisted I return the entire rifle to them for repair. When I expressed my concern about sending the rifle to and from their location for such a small part that could easily be sent out in the mail they informed me there were none in the United States and they would have to replace the entire cylinder, another part. I did not want to send the rifle back to and from their location using our postal Service for fear of ensuring damage to the air rifle. I have since removed, cleaned, and polished the inside of the fill port where it is down to a very slow leak which is tolerable. My question. Is this part and or O-ring available elsewhere?

I can just imagine buying a pressure washer to clean my sidewalk and find it has a slow leak where the wand connects to it. I call the manufacturer and they tell me I have box it up and ship it back for repair. It's enough to drive a man to madness.

Is it a typical Foster fitting with a pin-type check valve like this?

If so, measure the pin diameter with calipers and report back. For example, let's hypothetically say it measures 4.3mm. You would need a M1.5 x 4 O-ring.

I just tried removing the fill valve from my original gauntlet g30 24ci bottle and it appears, like the regulator to bottle, it is thread locked.
You can just get another regulator and a 51mm bottle.

For example, You would need a regulator, 2800PSI stock or 3000psi upgrade

I removed the forestock (3 screws) and replaced my stock reg & bottle with a Huben Power Cricket and a 0.7l Bottle which is 60.5mm diameter.
You can pretty much use any 2800PSI or 3000PSI fixed regulator and your choice of 4500PSI cylinders.
Carbon fiber from AliExpress .45L to .7L will run $80-$130
Aluminum are half or less but you need to make sure the WORKING pressure is 4500PSI, not the Test Pressure.
Regulators can be had pretty cheap there $20-30
But you will have to wait for them to ship.
Order stateside you will pay 50-100% more.

Disregard that link, that is a 3000PSI working pressure tank.
That's what I get for just reading the title of the page...

Pyramid Arms stocks the part I was requesting from Umarex and offered to send it to me. Something Umarex should have taken care of under warranty.
